  • We welcome you to GREEN WORLD family. It would be the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial institution.
  • We respect teachers and love them too. To the profession of teaching, love and affection towards our children in the basic quality. So we expect them not to use punishments to insist the children doing their work.
  • He / she will be eligible for one day casual leave per month except the months of April and May(in total 10 days per annum).
  • Casual leave cannot be prefixed or suffixed with the weekend or any other public holidays. If done, the declared public holidays will be counted as loss of pay, and CL cannot exceed more than one day in a month even though you have CL in your credit.
  • Permission on request can be availed at the beginning of the working hours or at the end of the working hours, just for an hour only. If it exceeds, it will be counted as the next hour.
  • Only two permissions can be availed in a month. For third and fourth permission, half a day LOP will be deducted, and for fifth and six permission one day LOP will be deducted.
  • You are required to teach any class for which you are considered to be competent and perform all such duties in connection with the charge of the school as may be assigned by the school authorities.
  • Your working hours will vary according to the classes you handle.
  • Timings for teachers is between 9.15am and 5.30pm, in general.
  • The appointment is for the period of three years. At the first year, you will be treated as a probationer. This may be continued till you attain the necessary standards of a good teacher. Then it may be treated as a permanent employee of this institution.
  • Your benefits will be decided by the administrative committee. Until that, you are not eligible to claim on any of your benefits.
  • You will be relieved at time, if your service is not satisfactory, by the management or by the authorities.
  • You may resign your duty/job with proper months’ notice fails which may claim three month’s salary as a compensation.
  • At your best service to our institution, you will be given regular increment at the discretion of the administrative committee in the month of July every year.
  • All the students are expected to be inside the campus, five minutes before the first bell of our school. Timing i.e., 9.20a.m.
  • They must be present on all the days with their identity card without fail.
  • If a student comes late to school premises, a late pass should be availed from the security at entrance which should be signed by the accompanier.
  • Parents should watch their wards attendance whenever they are regular or irregular to school. If they avail leave, they should intimate in advance with a leave letter acknowledged by parent signature. Regular in attendance, prompt in the accomplishment of homework, etc., will enable them to gain the maximum skill/potential from the school.
  • Students must be present on the re-opening day after the long holidays. If any defaulter found, they will be penalized.
  • For any reason students are strictly denied permission to leave the school premises during school hours. If it is an emergency, they may be allowed with the prior permission of the principal.
  • As it is the moral responsibility to keep their classroom and campus absolutely clean, they should make use of dust bins provided for the purpose.
  • As school is our property, it should be preserved better for the generations to come. Scribbling on the wall or furniture etc., are strictly prohibited. If found so, they will be punished.
  • Children should always show respect to the school authorities, staff and other elders in the campus. They should develop mutual rapport with one another by showing their gentleness and politeness.
  • Students suffering from infectious or contagious diseases will not be allowed to attend the classes to avoid infection to other children. In this regard, if they avail long leave of more than three days, should submit the medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
  • To have good cordial relationship between the parent and the school, it is desired and recommended that parents or guardians may visit the school periodically and collect information from the Principal about the progress and general behaviour of their ward.
  • Parents are not allowed to visit the classes or meet the teachers during class hours. They may collect any information of your wards from the office.
  • It is strictly advised not to wear any Gold or Silver Ornaments to your wards. If you ignore this, the management will not take any responsibility for its missing.
  • Students are more responsible for their own books, pens,pencils, tiffin boxes, etc., which ever they bring to school.
  • Exchange of articles or money transaction between students and teachers is strictly prohibited.
  • 75% of the attendance is must for attending the examinations. If a student is availing leave for more than three days, medical certificate should be submitted.
  • Students are not permitted to take leave for attending social functions, wedding and any other ritual ceremonies, etc.,
  • Parents are requested to meet the principal only between 4PM and 5 PM. Please do not disturb his regular schedule.
  • A special suggestion box has been provided in the school. We welcome suggestions which are signed from parents and students towards the general improvement of the school.
  • Our school office is opening from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. All business related with the school must be attended during the office hours.
  • Parents are supporters and pillars of our school. They are expected to cooperate with our school authorities.
  • Parents are expected to send their ward in perfect uniform of the concerned days and check they are neat and clean.
  • Parents must not send their ward with gold or other precious metal/ non -metal ornaments. If sent, in case of missing or lost, management will not take the responsibility of that. So kindly avoid such incidences.
  • Parents are expected to send their female child in neatly tied hairstyle with ribbons. No ponytails/loose hair is allowed in our school premises.
  • Parents may use the canteen facility available in our school and provide healthy food to their wards.
  • We expect your cooperation to drop your ward on time and they must not be late to our school timings.
  • If they come late they must get a late slip to attend the classes with the permission of the principal.
  • Parents should check their homework diary regularly and sign the same without fail, checking the home works of their ward are completed or not. If not, kindly convey the same through the same diary and check whether it is seen by the principal.
  • Parents must follow their ward and if the problem found in their academic performance, kindly inform our principal through diary to find remedy for the issue.
  • Parents must pay the books and uniform fee before April 1stof every year to get books and notebooks with other necessities of the year. I Term fee should be paid on or before 30th June of every year. As such II term fee should be paid on or before October 30th of every year.
  • Parents must attend all the parent-teacher meet without fail to monitor their wards academic and other activities in our school premises.
  • Parents should not have any arguments in our school office. If any controversies arise, it may be reports to the principal.
  • Parents kindly get their receipt for their payments from the office. If not, no negotiations will be engaged in this regard.
  • Parents are allowed to meet our principal with prior appointment. If it is much urgent, kindly confirm your appointment through the Office Assistant.
