- Exam timetable will be published through SMS to the parents and that should be followed by them. When it is sent through student’s diary it must be countersigned by the parent.
- Every student must attend the school with 75% of attendance only will be allowed to appear for the annual examination. If not, 15 – 30 days of leave will be considered on the medical ground with proper supportive documents.
- All the students must attend all the examinations or tests without fail.
- If any child is being absent for any examination or test no retest will be conducted. They will be marked absent and the weightage of that test mark will be considered zero.
- If any student indulges in any malpractice, they will be debarred from that examination. Their mark of that test or examination will be announced as zero.
- Answer papers can be seen by the parents or guardians only in the campus. No answer script will be given out for any purpose.
- Parents may see the papers during Parent teachers meet in their allotted areas. In case, if the parent could not be present on that day, they may come and meet their ward’s class teacher on any day in the evening between 4pm and 5pm.
- Report cards should be signed by the parents once after verifying their ward’s marks. As such, they must be sign in the answer scripts off their ward for confirming that they have seen the papers.
- Parent may give their suggestions for the improvement of their ward or of the school through the suggestion note.
- In case, if the parents like to discuss with the principal in person about the improvement of their child or else, they may meet our principal in person with due prior appointment.
- In the matter of absent during the examinations or test due letter from the parent with proper supportive document must be produced to the principal for approval.
- Before attending the terminal examinations (Term-I, Term – II/ Annual), all the dues of the term should be cleared by the parent. In no case, exemptions will be considered in fee dues.
